Happy New Year, readers! Believe Tour is officially over after more than 100 shows in many cities across the world! Along with each show came the One Less Lonely Girls. Every belieber dreams of that moment on stage with Justin and there were many memorable moments that no one will ever forget. So here I present to you, in no particular order, the Top OLLG Moments of 2013/ Believe Tour!
AVALANNA AND PATTIE AS OLLG
When Justin’s wife, young cancer patient Avalanna Routh, passed away three days before the first show on the Believe Tour in 2012, Justin honoured her memory by dedicating the show and his performance of One Less Lonely Girl to her. The last time Justin performed OLLG before that day was to Avalanna at the Apollo Theatre earlier that year and it didn’t feel right to perform the song to anyone else so close to her untimely death.
When Justin performed in Johannesburg, South Africa for the last Believe Tour show before the summer leg months later, it happened to be Mother’s Day. What better way to celebrate the special day than serenading his mother on stage! Pattie was Justin’s One Less Lonely Girl and he presented her with a bouquet of roses, then playfully spun her around in the stool she was sitting on.

FRESNO OLLG DEFIES STEREOTYPES
There’s a common misconception that all OLLGs are skinny, blonde, wearing shorts, things like that. When Fresno, California’s OLLG Marriah hit the stage, twitter went crazy. This was not your stereotypical OLLG and people were loving it. Just shows you that your size, race, etc. doesn’t matter – anyone can be picked!

MSG OLLG PICKED FROM OUTSIDE
When one belieber went to Madison Square Garden after school, ticketless and desperate to get inside for Justin’s show that night, she had no idea what was in store for her. After crying to Scooter about her situation, he gave her something better than tickets. Jessei was picked to be the OLLG from outside of MSG! She didn’t have tickets and now she was going to be serenaded by Justin on stage!

TORONTO OLLG MAKES DARING MOVE ON STAGE
Many times, OLLG sit still on stage in shock, later regretting the things they didn’t do on stage. Well, Toronto’s OLLG in 2012 Cheyenne had her own YOLO moment when she was up there with Justin. When Justin sat in the throne beside her, Cheyenne made a split-second decision to swing her legs onto Justin’s lap! He gladly accommodated her by using his hand to support her legs while he continued singing.

BAREFOOT OLLG
When Christina wore heels to the Believe Tour in Miami, she didn’t expect them to break. But she danced and jumped so hard that they did! Even more, when she took her shoes off and decided to go barefoot, she never expected to be asked if she wanted to go on stage. So Christina ended up being the first ever OLLG to go on stage barefoot! Justin didn’t seem to mind and Christina still had fun up there!

ONE DIRECTION BRACELET DISCARDED
When Dublin Day 2’s OLLG Alice was escorted on stage and she sat on the throne, Justin immediately reached out for her hand, swiftly removed her bracelet and threw it to the side. When Alice explained on twitter that it was a One Direction bracelet, beliebers were not pleased. Who wears a 1D bracelet to a Justin Bieber concert, they wondered? Surely a bracelet decides whether someone deserves to be OLLG or not. The hate she received was appalling and she was pretty much the topic of the day for a whole day. Apparently, the Justin Bieber t-shirt she was wearing was not enough to calm their troubled hearts.

OLLG GETS PICKED TWICE!
Being picked for OLLG once is a dream come true but imagine being asked that magical question twice in your life! That happened to Manchester’s OLLG on the My World Tour, Olivia, when she went to the Believe Tour Show in Liverpool in early 2013. She could have easily gone on stage and enjoyed that moment with Justin for the second time in her life but she chose to decline and give someone else the opportunity instead. Kudos to Olivia!

OLLG SELLS HER CROWN
It’s every belieber’s dream to be OLLG and the crown is something they should cherish and keep forever, right? Apparently one OLLG didn’t think so because she chose to sell her crown! One of the OLLGs from Antwerp, Belgium had beliebers going crazy because, why would anyone want to sell their crown? At least one fortunate belieber was able to buy the crown and take better care of it, although she didn’t get to experience being on stage with Justin herself. CERYNA, LAUREN AND SHELLY
These three girls are prime examples of what hard work and perseverance is! They each tried for three to four years to be the OLLG at the shows they were attended. Each girl had been to at least two shows and made failed attempts before their biggest dream came true on the Believe Tour. Ceryna was the OLLG in San Jose, California, Lauren in Newark, New Jersey and Shelly in Tampa, Florida which happened to be on her birthday! What they accomplished took years of hard work and now they have inspired thousands of OLLG campaigns across twitter! Unfortunately, many people expected things to work for them overnight without putting in real hard work. Persevere, don’t give up and the moment can be yours one day.

OLLG GETS AN AB-FUL
Gone are the days when Justin would sing to an OLLG and barely touch her or run backstage without her. Justin got really touchy with Buffalo’s OLLG, Shannon, last year. Expect the unexpected, he always says, and surely Shannon wasn’t expecting Justin to lift his shirt and gently guide her hand towards his lovely abs! That’s one OLLG moment that had beliebers and even a few past OLLGs feeling a little jealous!

NEVER SAY NEVER OLLG STILL A BELIEBER
Although she was the OLLG four years ago this year, with so many My World Tour OLLGs leaving their belieber days behind them, it’s a breath of fresh air to see that the main One Less Lonely Girl in Justin’s first movie, Never Say Never, is still around! Lynsey went to several shows on the Believe Tour – some with tickets, some without – and met many beliebers who were excited that the mini-celebrity was still a true Justin Bieber fan! She was also around fangirling with everyone else on twitter when Never Say Never premiered on MTV in August, especially when her scene was on (she gained over 20,000 followers that night!) On top of it all, she was recently at the Philly Believe Movie Meetup, supporting Justin’s latest movie with many other beliebers.

JUSTIN MAKES OUT WITH OLLG’S CHEEK
When Justin ended his performance of OLLG in Adelaide, Australia last year, he spent a mighty long time with his face by hers. Twitter was abuzz with rumours that Justin made out with the OLLG, Isabella. The angle at which the first videos available were shot and the length of time Justin took kissing her made it appear that he did kiss her on the lips. Alas, the prankster was simply kissing her cheek!
